Hi there everyone!! Welcome to my blog about Flaxseeds! Let me start off by telling you how I came across the Flaxsseds and my motivation behind this blog.

Back in the spring time of 2007, I was reading up a very interesting article on NewsTarget.com. The article was entitled "Omega-3-rich flax seeds provide much-needed nutrition for optimal mental health."

After reading that article, I decide to find out more about the Flaxseeds, especially Flaxseeds from NorthernEdge. The distributor was very helpful in supplying me with some sample flaxseeds as well as lots of great information too.

So after been on the Flaxseeds for almost 2 months, my friends tell me that my skin has a "nice glow" to it. My finger nails are nice smooth and shiny. Not that it really matters to a guy like me!! Those are just some of the "external" benefits. The "internal" benefits are I seem to have more energy and my moods are pretty steady. Mind you, I was never really a moody kind of guy in the first place.

Now on a personal note, there are many ways to consume flaxseeds and wheat germ. Sprinkle it on your cereal or salad is one way. Or on your food is another.
